it is natural that many maritime disputes arise that can only be settled by resorting to arbitration, if the parties to these transactions found their way in arbitrators who can agree on arbitration and define its scope, and explain the issues through which it is resolved and its procedures, the country in which the arbitration takes place, and the law governing the dispute in form and subject, so all this had its effect on the turnout of many these and other transactions are subject to arbitration as a means of resolving their disputes, and with the advent of the arbitration system, dealers in maritime trade have met the technical means and the legal goal required to govern those maritime tendencies with fair solutions that are compatible with the special nature of the maritime domain.
