Abstract EN

This study aims at estimating the degree of organizational commitment of physical education and sports teachers and its relationship to the most important administrative and organizational obstacles facing the practice of extra-curricular school sports activities.

the researchers have used the descriptive approach and relied on two questionnaires as data collection tools addressed to a sample of 80 teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary level.

the data have been uploaded to the (SPSS) program for statistical analysis.

the study results are: - the presence of very high obstacles in the management of extra-curricular sports activities, and the organizational commitment is greatly present among the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary level.

- there is an inverse correlation between extra-curricular sports activities obstacles and organizational commitment at the level of significance (≥α 0.05) among teachers of physical education and sports in secondary schools in Biskra.
