perhaps this is reason behind many imitators to seek evidence and inference since the fatwa is issued by someone whose knowledge and piety are trusted.

the jurisprudential guidance has given Islamic jurisprudence comprehensiveness and fertility in renewal, as it is renewed by the renewal of events, and allows for the absorption of developments, by returning the branches to the comprehensive legal guide that includes all the details, as well as the general purposes that Islamic legislation came to preserve, in the form of prominent cases, and the jurisprudence has given great attention.
