Abstract EN

This article aims to identify the meaning of the rule “Aldawaam ala Ala’maal Maqsad Aladillah wa Alahkaam” and to extrapolate its traditional evidence and vocabulary that came in the sense of persistence, comparing the characteristics of the intentional rules with the rule of persistence in deeds, and to prove its purposes.

The study consists of two parts: first, the meaning of the rule, its evidence, and its characteristics, and second, the foundational rules based on it, which are many.

The study presents seven of these rules, namely: (the significance of the narration of the deed with the word “was” always), (persistence of the rhetorical verb requires spatial and temporal competence), (persistence in deed without leaving the evidence of obligation, and with leaving the evidence of the Sunna), (persistence in leaving the recommended and doing the hated action requires prohibition), (what is not Ratib cannot be kept like Ratib), or (continuing as long as the Prophet (PBUH) did not perpetuate a hateful heresy on it), (the obligation) what is possible: what is tolerable without interruption), (the intention for wages takes place in the course of unaffordable work).

The study concludes with a number of findings including: persistence in deeds is one of the definitive purposes, and the definiteness of their proof does not mean definitive inference on each issue in question, and absolute persistence in deeds requires that it be obligatory except for a clear presumption, and perpetuating what the Prophet (PBUH) did without perpetuating it is hateful heresy.

It is also hateful to worship Allah the Almighty and to draw close to Him in such a way that Man cannot stand constantly on it, as discontinuing it exposes hi m for blame.

The believer’s intention stands for his work that he used to do, or that he intended to do, or he stops doing it for his inability to do so
