Abstract EN

This article aims to show the great importance of the guide to absolute benefits.

It applies some contemporary social models of this guide.

The study employs the inductive and analytical approach.

It is divided into an introduction, two sections and conclusion, tackling three topics.

The first discusses the benefits in general and their types, and the reality of the absolute benefits, indicating the definition, controls and conditions.

The second deals with applying some contemporary social models and the extent to which the controls of the absolute benefits were achieved.

These are: Corona virus precautions, the issue of organ donation, and the periodic examination of vehicles.

The study concludes with a number of findings including: the importance of the guide to absolute benefits, and their impact on containing the developments and jurisprudential calamities in various fields, especially the social one, and emphasizing the flexibility of Islamic Sharia and its validity for every time and place through the diversity of methods of Ijtihad and deduction, particularly the guide to absolute benefits.
