This article addresses the provisions of international law for detainees in the face of enforced disappearance, By clarifying the definitions of detention and detention, both languages and terminology and Islamic law, And to study international efforts to combat the enforced disappearance of detainees, As well as dealing with enforced disappearances and violations of the rights of freedom-bearers, In the last point we have examined the international and individual responsibility resulting from the crime of enforced disappearance.
