Abstract EN

This article aims to clarify the challenges of the cultural construction of the Muslim community in the Meccan era and how the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and his companions confronted these challenges.

The study contains an introduction, in which the title’s terms are defined and two sections.

The first section tackles the practical challenges such as torture and killing, temptation by lusts, blockade and migration.

The second section addresses the verbal challenges such as slanders, spreading suspicion, contempt, etc.

explaining how Islam confronted those challenges.

The study concludes that the faith strength is the secret of the Muslims’ confrontation of these challenges.

The Qur’an approach of education has also a role in this confrontation by means of clear consideration and reasoning, exemplification, and instilling the truth of Islam in the hearts of the Muslim individuals to confront these challenges.
