This study came to identify the legitimate public right, and to stand on the issues related to false marriage, as it appears in the Jordanian Personal Status Law, and to indicate what is suitable for them to be the subject of the public right, by stating the right related to it in terms of whether it is a public right or not, through proving the public right to it, And the statement of its danger to the individual, and society, which contributes to controlling the behavior of individuals in society and immunizing it and raising the claim of public right, through the jurisprudential study of the issues mentioned within the framework of the four schools, then explaining their danger to public interests, and a statement of the legal position of personal status and the principles of legal trials in terms of considering these Issues within the scope of public right or not, After tracing the issues of false marriage contained in the law, the researcher found that the law has textually absorbed all the issues of false marriage.

The study concludes with a statement that the public right is preserved in the Sharia and the laws on personal status, so everyone has the right to claim the public right if it is proven to him or notify the Sharia Public Prosecution of that because it has jurisdiction,
