Abstract EN

This study deals with the projects implemented by the Zakat chamber and their relationship to the development and advancement rural and standing on these projects and what it spoke of about the transformation of rural societies and the people of the countryside ,so that it performs its role in solidarity and cooperation to meet the needs of the poor and needy ,and also to know and highlight the role played by these projects , and the importance of adopting modern methods to raise the level and quality of projects and raise the capabilities of individuals to make the most of these projects ,the supreme council for Zakat has allocated 20% of collection fees (Aljibayat) for projects.

The importance of the study is highlighted by the fact that the Zakat chamber implements projects and programs related to rural development, infrastructure, and empowerment of women, youth and the handicapped, and people with special needs, support and implementation of educational, health and educational projects and projects in the field of services, water, electricity, housing, and agricultural services.

The study aimed to shed light on the development and modernization of these projects and their role in rural development.

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach through its reliance on scientific literature to shed light on the systems used in financing zakat projects and local case study of Bara locality and conducting a field study on Zakat projects and the positive impact of these projects.

The study reached number of results, the most important of which is that the projects of zakat chamber achieved a lot of financial inclusion it reached the targeted and needy in their villages and whereabouts, it has thus contributed significantly to rural development.

The study recommended training for those targeted, track and manage follow-up, supervision and analysis.
