Lean manufacturing, lean enterprise, or lean production, often simply, "Lean", is a production practice that considers the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer to be wasteful, and thus a target for elimination.

The aim of this research is investigating the role of Lean production system in organization to save it's resources through minimizing production amount to meet customer demand and want.

Researcher tests the research problem in Egyptian clothes &weavers companies by using descriptive analysis through sample tool which distributed among(196) responses from company managers management to find results &recommendation.
