Abstract EN

The purpose of this study to identify minibuses and emerging, most important feature and characteristics in addition to difficulties that prevent their development economic, both legal and administrative, or from the marketing side down to financial constraints and represented in the problem of funding, with reference to possible solutions to address these obstacles, including Islamic finance.

The study concluded that Islamic finance is a suitable alternative to these financing institutions, which do not own financial formulas and tools, are characterized by flexibility and meet the needs of a large group of people investors who refuse to deal with traditional banks, especially those institutions are a fatigue it is not known to the traditional banks, meaning that it is not from their customers, which is difficult for them to obtain loans and research on guarantees against it, and borrowing from financial institutions is prepared very expensive for her.
