The study dealt with the issue of unfairness in sales, by relying on the inductive approach to track the sayings of scholars in the field, then analyze them, compare them, and clarify the most correct ones.

The study concluded that gross injustice requires the option for the aggrieved to pay the damage for it, and there is no time limit for the option, but it is due to the agreement of the contracting parties, and the reference the in the event of disagreement, in order to ward off harm and protect people’s rights.
