Abstract EN

This study aimed to clarify the importance and utility of computerizing the judiciary in the E-government of Sudan.

It also aimed to identifying the obstacles and challenges facing the electronic transformation of the judiciary.

The study also presented suitable suggestions to computerize all judicial procedures in Sudan, starting from the raising of the lawsuit until the issuance of the judgment and the subsequent right of litigants to refer to the Supreme Court through the Court of Appeal.

The study offered many important recommendations within the framework of its aforementioned goals, including what is related to clarifying the benefits and positives and highlighting the positive effects on the Sudanese society.

It also made recommendations for the basic accompanied arrangements.

Training of cadres that deal with these computer systems such as judges, lawyers and writers of justice and other employees are considered examples.

Not only those but also the main beneficiary of the service, namely the Sudanese citizen benefits from these systems.
