This research paper discusses the seriousness of sectarianism and the motives behind it which concludes that sectarianism is the biggest security threat facing nations.

This paper goes on further to claim that countries that have expansionist goals and secularist ambitions stand firm on their movement and fuel its narrative by linking its projects towards dividing and dismantling countries of the region.

This paper elaborates on the topic of sectarianism by claiming its still worsening and that national security has become more complicated, providing it with practical methods that can challenge the sectarian virus by highlighting some security agreements that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iran have agreed on.

One of many would be to strongly condemning Iran’s unpredictable behavior and come to an agreement on how both countries can work together on stabilizing national security, to which both nations see it as an essential factor in their prosperity for themselves and the region.

This is an argument that will be highlighted in this research paper, amongst other practical arguments.
