Zakat is an important economic resource, is working to redistribute wealth fairly, But this role was absent due to individual distribution of Zakat, which distributed the rule of the financial system, with the establishment of Zakat funds in Islamic countries has become an effective tool to contribute to the development process through the most important aim, which is the redistribution of wealth.
The Zakat funds would be a tool to reduce unemployment by supporting small projects that create jobs which actually happened in some Islamic countries, where the Zakat funds have become one of the pillars of sustainable development.
One of the most important reasons for strengthening security, removing fear, the fight against organized crime is the performance of Zakat, because more security crimes of theft, looting, embezzlement, bribery, coercion, fraud, forgery and moral crimes such as adultery was caused by poverty, hunger and perform Zakat clog this section of crime and corruption.
