The research paper dealt with the nature of the certificate, its legitimacy and its divisions.

The problem of the research was the extent of Sudanese law’s ability to achieve people’s interests and its validity compared to the ability of Islamic law, which is valid for every time and place for all of humanity, as well as a problematic arose related to the statement of differences and similarities between Islamic law and Sudanese law regarding martyrdom.

The paper aimed to introduce the basic provisions of Sharia related to the conditions and divisions of certification.

The importance of the paper stems from the importance of martyrdom in the daily life of society and the extent to which people need it in their disputes.

The paper followed the descriptive analytical approach.

Al-Waqa reached a number of results, the most important of which is that defects that occur in the will are considered material facts that can be proven by all means of proof, including testimony.

The paper recommended the provision of protection for those who provide information that constitutes an attack on the personal interests of persons, or that the text be satisfied with an aspect related to the security of the state or affecting its interests.
