The study dealt with the extent of the impact of the Corona pandemic on air transport, and the problem of the study was the novelty of the Corona pandemic and its impact on the implementation of air transport contracts, especially after taking preventive precautions to limit the spread of the virus, which included closing airports and stopping flights between countries, which resulted in many damages to the air carrier, the traveler and his goods.

The study aimed to define the pandemic and to determine how to reduce its impact on the air transport contract by coordinating the authorities and efforts of the international and national executive, legal and judicial bodies in order to work in harmony in order to reach reparation for the damage caused by the pandemic and the spread of the virus, and the study followed the inductive analytical method.

The study reached several results and recommendations, the most important of which are: The difficulty of determining compensation for the effects of the Corona pandemic as one of the reasons for exemption from liability because it is legally classified as (force majeure or an exceptional circumstance) that prevents the implementation of the contract or makes its implementation cumbersome.

The study recommended the necessity of taking care of the health sector in all its fields and specializations, and developing the health system to meet the normal and exceptional needs.
