Abstract EN

This scientific paper addressed the problem of joint maritime losses and their types and condition in Sudanese law and maritime agreements and stems from the importance of this scientific paper in lading with an issue related to international trade overseas.

The paper aimed to raise this importance topic because it did not get his luck of attention and the difficulty of the subject of the paper is the lock of Sudan’s references, the paper dealt with the nature, types and conditions of joint marine losses.

It ended with results and recommendations the most important of which is the interest in marine law and its studies and work on specialization.
