The interest in international commercial arbitration has increased with the increase in commercial exchange and the expansion of economic relations and commercial transactions.

What has increased the importance of arbitration is the absence of an international judiciary specialized in disputes arising from transactions at the international level.

Therefore, the disputing parties in international dealings avoid submitting their disputes arising from that relationship to the judiciary of one of the countries.

This increased interest has led to the establishment of many bodies and centers specialized in arbitration, and international organizations and institutions concerned with the rules of international commercial law have contributed to the increase in international commercial arbitration rules that deal with all arbitration procedures and provisions, and the international community has found that the need calls for preparing agreements Multilateralism deals with the rules of international commercial arbitration and how to recognize arbitration awards issued in one country and intended to be implemented in another country.

This research paper deals with the concept of commercial arbitration and the extent of interest in it in international and regional agreements.
