Abstract EN

The topic of this paper mainly revolves around the legal rules regulating the aircraft from the perspective of international conventions and national legislation as it is the most comprehensive organization of this relationship, and trying to highlight the most important provisions of these conventions, and to clarify the implications of them and the position of Sudanese law on that, using the provisions of the Warsaw, Rome conventions, Chicago, and Geneva.

The paper focused on clarifying the provisions of the liability of the air carrier in accordance with the provisions of these aforementioned agreements, especially the basis of liability and the conditions for its convening, the provisions for its identification and exemption from it, using the analytical, inductive and comparative approach.

Through research and analysis of the foregoing, the paper reached several results, the most important of which are: The Warsaw Convention established integration between the topics of air law and formed a link between them and the national legislation.

The international organization that regulates the contract of international air carriage in order to keep pace with the topics of air law and the international regulating them.
