Abstract EN

This article aims to introduce Imam Ibn Al-Saati (D.

694 ah), the author of the book “Majma’ Albahrain”, and to define the status and value of his book among the books of the Hanafi School of Thought.

It also aims to introduce Imam Ahmed ben Mohammed ben Sha’ban (D.

1020 AH), his status, and his approach in his book “Tashnif Almasama’ ala Almajma’”.

The study employs the descriptive inductive approach.

It concludes that the title of the book is correct, and that he is the author of the book.

Moreover, the book contains valuable scientific material, and a lot of benefits.

It can be considered a small treasury of Hanafi jurisprudence in general, and the oath provisions, in particular, in an easy and concise manner, with a wealth of knowledge, which makes it useful for specialists and also for the public.
