Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the extent of the use of electronic systems in the management of administrative and educational processes in open education, through its application to the operations of the Open University of Sudan, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study community represented the employees of the Open University of Sudan, where an intentional sample of 38 employees of the educational service was selected.

The study tool was a questionnaire that consisted of three axes of 36 phrases, the data was analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis, and the most important results were that the use of electronic systems has an effective role in managing administrative, educational and evaluation processes, and the study recommended raising the efficiency of the working manpower.
