The study aimed to shed light on technical protection measures for copyright protection on the Internet through the following sub-objectives: Knowing the possibility of benefiting from the international information network in raising awareness of intellectual property rights to protect copyright in addition to To get acquainted with the local and international intellectual property legislation and laws, and to discover the most prominent challenges that limit the preservation of intellectual property rights in Sudan and the enactment of the necessary laws for this, as well as to identify the types and fields of property rights and the legal duration of copyright and neighboring rights holders in what is published electronically.
