The study dealt with the independent bodies and the extent of financial and administrative independence and their relationship to the supervisory authority.

the problem of the research was that the independent bodies are among the most important issues that are ambiguous in the field of studying the independent bodies.

therefore, the study came to provide an adequate answer to many of the questions that resolve this problem, and the importance of in order to clarify the most important features and dimensions of independent bodies and how to deal with the contemporary legal systems that the iraqi legislator included in the provisions of these guarantees, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach by following the method of comparison with france and the united states of america.

the study aimed to know the procedures for adjudicating electoral disputes, as well as to know the human right to obtain an effective remedy before an independent court in the light of any derogation from his rights.

the study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: in terms of time, distance, and cost, it should also be possible to obtain the merits and merits of the dispute effectively and the decision of the arbitrator based on speed, without prerequisites of procedure, requirements or undue obstacles.
