This study deals with the punishment of exile in the Mamluk Era, 648 -923 AH/ 1250 – 1516 CE, from the rank or the job of the exiled person and the places of exiled.
The study deals also with the reasons and motives for exile and exclusion wherever it is found, moreover, the study reviews how exiled people was treated whether tighten upon them or even when they provided with an allowance sufficient for his needs or granted endowment (Iqta`) and jobs.
