Clothes and decorations are items that can reveal the civilizational levels of ancient peoples, so their diversity, quality or otherwise are indicative of the status of a group.

We will try to trace their presence in the Mauritanian field, through the data that rock art, archeology and ancient sources provide, thus trying to create the types and features of clothing that were circulating in the region, as well as the various decorative styles of that stage.
