Abstract EN

The Beirut Literature Journal is considered one of the most important literary and intellectual journals in the Arab nation.

Among its pages, contributions had appeared for the most important Arab writers from their different intellectual trends.

The journal issued in 1953 featured many contributions and intellectual editions which had been presented by the Iraqi intellectual elites, thus those contributions took up a wide space among its pages; they varied between thought, philosophy, history, and heritage.

Besides the political sides and women in the Arab nation.

A prominent writers contributed in the journal from Iraq like, Nazik Al Malaika, Abd Alaziz Aldori, Badr Shaker Alsayab and Sa’adoun Hamady.

Based on the above, the study aimed to recognize the nature of intellectual contributions for the Iraqi writers in the Literature Journal.

Else, what are the features of those contributions and the thoughts and methods of their owners? Therefore, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, as the most results that he reached are that the Iraqi writers fed the journal with good and high level articles, thus the journal deserved the study because it represented a distinguished intellectual product at the Arab cultural intellectual level.
