Abstract EN

This research dealt with the study of population growth and urban problems resulting from it in the state of Khartoum through the following chapters: the methodological introduction to the research, population growth and urban problems resulting from it,populationgrowthand urbanproblem resultingfromitin thestateof khartoum and the conclusion, which contains the results and recommendations.

the importanceof it to showpopulationgrowthandurbanproblemreultingfrom itin thestateof khartoumand theaim ofitistosolve this problemand the researcher used the case studymothed`the historicalapporeach and theapprochcontemporary scientific studies and the most important results obtained the population of Khartoum state grew from 73 to 2018 AD, and there are many factors that led to this growth represented in the political, natural and economic factors, the service factor and the transport factor.

this growth led to many problems, including the economic crisis and the problems of urban life represented in urban expansion, the shortness of services and public utilities, the problem of transportation, environmental pollution, and the length of the daily work trip.
