Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the impact of social media in educating students with mobility disabilities of their political rights at the University of Jordan.

The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach.

The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022 on a sample of (115) students with mobility disabilities from various faculties at the University of Jordan.

This sample was specified in an intentional stratified manner, taking into account the inclusion of close proportions of males and females and students of scientific and humanities faculties.

The study adopted a controlled questionnaire that included a set of questions about the role of social networking sites in the formation of political awareness from the viewpoint of people with physical disabilities, students of the University of Jordan.

The data were dealt with by statistical methods using the SPSS software.

The results, after analyzing the data, indicated the great role that social networking sites play in shaping awareness of the political rights of people with mobility disabilities, University of Jordan students.
