The study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of thinking skills in electronic assessment activities and the obstacles to their application as seen by Al-Aqsa University students.

To achieve this, the researcher used The study sample consisted of (155) male the descriptive analytical method.

and female students enrolled in the university in the safety and security principles course in the second semester (2019/2020).

A questionnaire was used, consisted of two parts, the first part was used to reveal the degree of availability of thinking skills in electronic assessment activities at Al-Aqsa University, and it included (18) paragraphs distributed on (3) axes, and the second part to reveal the degree of obstacles to applying creative thinking skills in electronic evaluation activities, and included (7) paragraphs.

The results of the study concluded that the degree of availability of creative thinking skills in electronic evaluation activities came in a medium degree, with an arithmetic mean (2.77), and a percentage of (55.45%), and the axis of originality in electronic evaluation activities came in the first place, with a percentage of (55.79%).

In the second place, flexibility in electronic assessment activities, with a percentage of (55.26 percent), and in the third place came the axis of fluency in electronic assessment activities, with a percentage of (55.16%).The results also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of creative thinking skills in electronic assessment activities, according to the gender variable, university courses, and university faculties; And that the degree of obstacles to applying creative thinking skills in electronic assessment activities came to a medium degree, with an arithmetic mean (2.789), and a percentage of (61.23%).

There were also no statistically significant differences in the obstacles to applying creative thinking skills in electronic assessment activities among students according to the gender variable, university courses and university colleges.

The study recommended that faculty members should pay attention to fluency skills in creative thinking when introducing electronic assessment activities for university students.
