Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the role of UNRWA school principals in Al-Quds educational district in managing crises resulting from the Corona pandemic from the teachers’ point of view.

Consisting of (429) male and female teachers in the academic year (2021/ 2022), a random sample of (108) male and female teachers was selected, and the study reached the following results: That the role of UNRWA school principals in the Jerusalem educational district in managing the crises caused by the Corona pandemic from the teachers’ point of view was high.

The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average degrees of estimation of the sample members for the role of UNRWA school principals in the Jerusalem educational district in managing crises resulting from the Corona pandemic due to the gender variable, and the differences were in favor of males, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the average grades of estimation of individuals.

The sample for the role of UNRWA school principals in the Jerusalem educational district in managing crises caused by the Corona pandemic due to the variables of educational qualification and years of service.
