Abstract EN

The study aimed to clarify the role of the administrative judiciary in establishing civil society institutions in Morocco, and to clarify the judicial bases to confirm the content of the various constitutions that followed the Kingdom of Morocco with regard to public liberties, in particular the consolidation of the right to establish various civil society bodies, as well as an indication of whether judicial intervention is required.
