Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the university environment in the Palestine Technical University (Khadoori) and the Arab American University in the light of quality standerds.

The study’s population consisted of (462) academic staff members in both universities in the year (2019).

The study used stratified random sample consisted of (170) members at around 37% of the study’s population.The study adopted a descriptive method which consisted of five aspects and (52) paragraphs.

The results of the study revealed that the perception of university environment by the sample in the two universities came at a high level and the students ranking first, while the faculty ranked last.

The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study.

In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommends adopting the working an attractive environment that meets the needs of the students and on development of the faculty members.
