The aim of the research: to know the degree to which the Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region were able to compete with the electronic educational supervision، and to achieve the goal of the research: the researchers used the descriptive approach based on a questionnaire consisting of six axes، and after verifying the validity and reliability of the research tool، it was applied to all Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region.

During the second semester of the year 1442 AH، there were (25) supervisors.

The research reached a number of results، the most important of which are: The Arabic language supervisors in the Hail region were able to achieve the educational supervision competencies related to a very large and great degree in all axes، except for the competencies axis related to the use of modern technologies in e-learning، where the degree to which the supervisors were able to meet the competencies of this axis was great.

The adequacy of (I can modify the content of e-books) came as less than the competencies of electronic educational supervision at the level of all axes in the degree to which the Arabic language supervisors were able to do so.

In light of the results of the research، the research recommended the following: The need to develop the competencies of electronic educational supervision in a way that helps the Arabic language supervisor to master these competencies، and to benefit from the list of competencies used in this study by working on preparing and building training programs for Arabic language supervisors to develop the competencies of educational supervision.

They also organize training courses aimed at raising the competencies of educational electronic supervision related to the competencies of using modern technologies in e-learning among Arabic language supervisors.

The research also suggested conducting future research and studies that complement the current research topic.
