Bribery is using your power to gain personal things.

Bribery is based on two principles, material and moral principles.

The material is the act of requesting or accepting the illegitimate benefit on his carrying out a task in a specific way or his refusal to perform his work, and the moral principle is the knowledge of his act.

There is no society benefit when bribery is widespread in its joints, especially with whom occupy important powers and high positions.

For this reason, Kuwaiti law enacted penalties for every case of bribery, whether the bribe giver, the bribe taker or the mediator.
