He study aimed to measure The effectiveness of a proposed training program for developing soft skills among the administrative bodies of student frameworks at Al-Aqsa University, by revealing the level of their soft skills, and to check if there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements, and know the percentage of change in average Soft skills after two months of applying the training program to the experimental .

The researcher applied the training program using the comprehensive survey method, due to the small size of the study population.

The experimental sample consisted of (37) male and female students, and the data was analyzed using the (Spss) program.

And the training program prepared by the researcher.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of it are: the average overall score for soft skills among administrative bodies for student frameworks was low with a relative weight (41.90%), and after the application of the training program, the percentage of soft skills rose to a relative weight (88%), which showed statistically significant differences At the significance level (α≤0.05) between the mean scores for the members of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements, The study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the averages of the experimental group in the post and track measurements on the soft skills scale after two months of applying the training program, and the study also reached the efficiency and impact of the program in raising the level of soft skills of administrative bodies in student frameworks.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher developed several recommendations and proposals for the university, the most important of it is to increase the interest in the soft skills of students and recognize them as a course taught because of their importance in building Palestinian society.
