Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the status of administrative integrity in Directorates of Education in Hebron Governorate from school principals' point of view.The study population consisted of (522) principals (academic year 2019_2020), the sample consisted of (221) principals.

The researcher used a questionnaire which consisted of (35) items assessing (3) aspects: transparency, accountability, and equality of opportunities.

The study results revealed that participants' assessment of the status of administrative integrity was of a high level for the total score.

All questionnaire constructs were also of a high level: transparency, accountability, and equality of opportunities, in sequence as per their mean scores.The results also showed that no statistically significant differences exist due to (gender, academic qualifications), while it showed a statistically significant differences due to directorate variable.
