This research deals with the issue of legal effects arising between the parties to the commercial franchise contract, and it is one of the topics that are closely related to commercial transactions related to commercial activities that take place between the owner of the trademark and the person authorized to use this mark in order to produce goods bearing the licensed mark.

The commercial franchise must be combined with the condition of confidentiality in view of its nature, to which the franchisor is obliged to keep the secrets of technical knowledge that he had personally or through people from his side, whether before or after the conclusion of the contract and whether or not the contract was concluded.
