تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تقلبات سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري على رصيد ميزان المدفوعات خلال الفترة (1990 ـ2020) وذلك باستخدام المنهج القياسي و تحديدا نماذج أشعة الانحدار الذاتي VAR، بالإضافة إلى ابراز طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بينهما.
خلصت الدراسة إلى أن النموذج الأمثل لدراسة العلاقة بين سعر الصرف و رصيد ميزان المدفوعات هو نموذج (1) VAR، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة القياسية إلى الكشف عن وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين سعر الصرف و رصيد ميزان المدفوعات، ما يعكس أهمية استقرار سعر الصرف الدينار الجزائري في تحقيق استقرار حالة ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر.
كما دلت الدراسة على أن هناك عوامل أخرى تؤثر على أيضا على رصيد ميزان المدفوعات
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the impact of fluctuations in the Algerian dinar exchange rate on the balance of payments balance during the period (2000-2020), using the standard approach, specifically VAR models, in addition to highlighting the nature of the relationship between them.
The study concluded that there is a weak relationship between the exchange rate and the balance of payments, which confirms that there are other factors that affect the balance of payments balance.
Therefore, changes in the exchange rate do not affect the improvement of the overall balance of payments, while oil prices contributed significantly to the stability of the balance of payments.
