Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Jixo strategy in developing the attitudes of the fourth grade students in Aqaba governorate in Jordan towards the Arabic language in Jordan.

the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach to identify the effectiveness of using the Jixo teaching strategy in developing attitudes towards the Arabic language subject.

where it prepared a measure of the female students' attitudes towards Arabic language in a sample of (70) female students divided into two equal groups (control (35) - experimental (35).

the study found an effect of the Jixo strategy in developing positive attitudes towards the content of Arabic language among female students.

the fourth primary grade, where the experimental sample students got a total average of (60.08), while the control sample students got a total average of (41.00), and the results showed the effect size on the eta square, which amounted to (0.40), and this explains the percentage (40%).

) of the discrepancy in the students’ scores is due to the Jixo strategy, and based on the results, the researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the Jixo strategy in teaching Arabic language, because of its positive impact on developing attitudes towards Arabic language for the fourth grade.
