Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the impact of administrative creativity in achieving institutional excellence among employees at King Saud University and to achieve the goals, where the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, in addition to choosing the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, where the simple random sample included 336 workers at king Saud university in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

the study reached a number of results, most notably: the level of administrative creativity has reached arithmetic mean of 3.59 with a relative weight of 71.87% and the degree of approval is above average, and there is a statistically significant relationship of less than 0.05 between administrative creativity and institutional excellence.

in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences in the average employees' opinions about the level of administrative creativity according to personal variables.

the study reached a set of recommendations, most notably.

seeking to hold training programs that concern the rehabilitation of administrative leaders and the development of their creative abilities.

in addition to encouraging administrators to spread the culture of creativity in the university environment by setting incentive programs for employees to motivate them to put forward new ideas and work to implement them within the available possibilities, in addition to encouraging administrators and workers to achieve a good competitive position in the university by focusing on the elements of creativity as a key element in achieving institutional excellence
