Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the Arabic language books for the secondary stage in Jordan include intellectual security, and the study tool was developed in a list representing the concepts of intellectual security; It consisted of three areas: the political field and its five components (5), the religious field and its four components (4), the social field and its four components (4); The content analysis method was used where the sentence, semi-sentence and word were taken as a unit for analysis, down to the quantitative data represented in frequencies and percentages.

The results showed that the books (the focus of the research) that the Arabic language curricula, like other educational curricula, can contribute to enhancing the intellectual security of students, and the results revealed that the concepts of intellectual security in the Arabic language books at the secondary stage are few and the study recommended the following: Developed Arabic for the secondary stage in Jordan in its inclusion of the concepts of intellectual security.
