Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the difficulties of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers at the institute of Arabic language teaching at king Abdulaziz University during distance learning from the teachers' point of view.

to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by applying the electronic questionnaire to a random sample of (150) male and female teachers of Arabic language for non-native speakers at the institute of Arabic language teaching at king Abdulaziz University.

the study found a set of results, the most important of which are that: there are obstacles related to the objectives of the Arabic language learning courses for non-native speakers, obstacles related to the linguistic content of the Arabic language for non-native speakers, obstacles related to the Arabic language teacher for non-native speakers, and obstacles related to the Arabic language learner for non-native speakers.
