Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the forms of traditional social structures of Moroccan society, with an attempt to show the foundations on which loyalty and belonging are built, by invoking the clan, the tribe and the “group”, on the basis that Moroccan civil society includes patterns associated with political, union, professional, and social loads, the study attempts to answer the basic question: what is the nature of these traditional social structures of Moroccan civil society, and what are the forms of loyalty and affiliation rampant in it, and what is the type of close relationship with them? the study concluded that development is no longer the monopoly of the state and its institutions, but rather a participatory affair, as the state shared responsibility with civil society and local groups.
