Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to know the relationship and impact of the application of educational strategic planning in human capital development by applying it to the Jordanian government primary schools affiliated to Kasbah Irbid, in the light of the analytical descriptive research method, using a questionnaire of two axes, the first includes paragraphs / indicators of the level of application of strategic planning, and the second includes Paragraphs/indicators of human capital development in schools.

The questionnaire was applied to (92) male and female principals of Kasbah Irbid schools and their assistants.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are: The average degree of implementation of strategic planning by the schools of Kasbah Irbid from the point of view of the principals and their assistants (the research sample) reached (70.1%) and at a high degree at the overall level.

And that the average degree of performance of Irbid Kasbah schools for their role in the development of Jordanian human capital was (70.7%).

It is highly appreciated.

It was also found that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable represents a linear relationship, which can be estimated by the following mathematical model: Y = 0.79X + 0.62.

Therefore, the research concluded that there is a statistical relationship at the level (0.05) between the degrees of strategic planning and human capital development in schools.

The main base in Kasbah of Irbid; And it turns out that the relationship is positive and strong.

The more schools apply strategic educational planning, the more this will lead to a real increase in the rate of their role in developing the national human capital in society.

In light of the foregoing, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented.
