The study aimed to identify the degree of total quality management in the basic education stage in Kasbah Irbid schools from the teachers' point of view, and the study adopted the descriptive survey method The researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the degree of total quality management, where the study population consisted of (1396)male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (300) female teachers, they were chosen by the method The results of the study showed that the total quality management degree as a whole came to a (medium) degree The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the degree of significance (a = 0.05) between the means The degree of total quality management in the basic education stage in Kasbah Irbid schools from the teachers’ point of view attributed to the variables of years of experience, or educational qualification, while it was found that there were statistically significant differences at the degree of significance (a = 0.05) between the arithmetic averages of the degree of total quality management in the basic education stage.
