Abstract EN

This study addresses the importance of dialogue among other civilizations in strengthening political relations between countries.

As there has become an urgent need to pay attention to civilizations, realize their importance, and to get out of political and military impasses with a new vision of dialogue that replaces the conflict in international relations.

Also, this vision of dialogue would link the world once again in ways that might be more powerful in achieving the idea of peaceful political coexistence.

This coexistence that the world has long dreamed of achieving within more realistic and sustainable standards within the framework of contemporary international relations, in order for humanity to return once again with a framework based on the idea of cultural dialogue instead of the conflict that exhausted countries and led them to intertwined ways that they can no longer get rid of.

There is nothing to prevent the diversity of the civilizational model, as each civilization is based on different religious, cultural and philosophical concepts and on a different social, cultural and historical reality, which gives it its own privacy to preserve its identity and existence among other civilizations.

In addition, cultural diversity, in its entirety, constitutes the idea of civilizational integration through the creation of common cultural and civilizational links, which are based on achieving the interests of mankind all over the world.

The study added that the openness of civilization contributes greatly to the success of the role of civilization in the framework of the new international relations, as looking at civilizations with an equal vision may lead to an increase in their importance in the success of mankind's march towards a brighter future.

This future is based on mutual respect between different civilizations, which is reflected in the relations between countries to reach building new relations to achieve mutual interests in a peaceful framework away from the policies of violence and duplicity, and close to the principles of humanity that the countries of the world have always tried to achieve.
