Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the obstacles to the application of crisis management in the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate from the point of view of school principals.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The tool consisted of a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample of (93) principals; The results of the study showed that the problems facing public school principals in Jordan in managing educational crises in light of the Corona pandemic obtained a total average (3.411 out of 5), that is, with a degree of severity (medium), and there are no significant differences Statistical significance at the significance level (0.05>a) between the sample responses according to the two variables (gender and number of years of experience) and in light of the results, the researcher recommended taking advantage of equipping all education directorates with appropriate tools and means and various equipment that help to manage and confront the crisis effectively.
