Abstract EN

This research is concerned with studying part of the articles of the Kuwaiti civil law, related to the reasons for acquiring property, and in particular the cause of adhesion.

There is a previous agreement to achieve this merger, and it is divided into agricultural and industrial adhesion, but the Kuwaiti civil law was limited to the study of industrial adhesion, as it is the reality in Kuwait.

The texts of the jurists or the rules of the total Sharia, then compare them with the Arab laws (Egyptian, Syrian, Jordanian and Moroccan) with a statement of the purposes of Islamic Sharia.

The study deals with several sections of cases of property adhesion in good faith or bad faith and the consequences of those cases of provisions, and the ruling on adhesion of movables.
