The aim of the current research is to identify the educational role of Aswan University in facing the social effects of the emerging corona virus, and the research relied on the descriptive approach by applying a questionnaire to 579 male and female students to know their opinions about the reality of the educational role of Aswan University in facing the social effects of the emerging corona virus (Covid- 19, and the research reached several results, the most important of which are: The role of the university plays an important role in taking precautionary measures to confront the social effects of the emerging corona virus, and the faculty member's employment of e-learning tools “e-learning platform” in the educational process.
